Valves and fittings manufacturer since 1928, DELABIE is an independent family firm, whose production is based in Friville (Maritime Picardy, historical birthplace of French taps manufacturing).

Our production, (flexible, efficient and reactive) with an annual volume of 5 million pieces, is delivered to 60 countries.

Our offer, consists of 3 ranges of products :

• Commercial and public fittings

• Commercial catering fittings

• Connection fittings

Quality of products and services, technical advantages, depth of ranges of products, allowed DELABIE to become international leader on these markets.
Strength of DELABIE consists in its ability to analyse needs and anticipate expectations of the market, by creating each year over 10 new products, being added to the 1200 existing references.

Our strategy is to state our position of commercial and public sanitary fittings specialist, in the whole world, by developing real partnerships with each market participant, as well as offering products always closer to everyone's expectations.



  • Set up in 1928 by Georges DELABIE, the company first develops ranges of bathroom and kitchen taps and traps.
     
  • In 1971, Jean DELABIE invents the universal head for taps and launches the CONNECTION FITTINGS range (heads, spouts, connections and taps systems for standard replacement).
     
  • In 1983, Gerard and Jean-Claude DELABIE develop the COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC FITTINGS range, that comes up the expectations of a monopolistic market.
     
  • In 1993, the launch of the COMMERCIAL CATERING FITTINGS range expands the commercial and publics fittings offer of DELABIE.
     
  • In 1996, BINE company, inventor of automatic delayed shut-off valves in 1881, then of electronic taps 30 years ago, is bought out by DELABIE.
    BINECO and BINOPTIC ranges, technically updated are integrated into DELABIE offer.
     
  • In January 2006, the DELABIE family bought out two companies :
    - CHAVONNET : Specific taps and valves for hospitals and food service (www.chavonnet.com)
    - SOGEPROVE : Stainless steel grab bars and accessories (www.sogeprove.com)
    The DELABIE group becomes the 1st european manufacturer of sanitary taps, valves and accessories for communities.
