At DELABIE, workplace well-being is funda-
mental. It begins with a 6-week training
period. Thanks to the DELABIE Academy,
we can prioritise continuous progres-

sion. Leading by example in France, every
employee benefits from an average of

doesn’t end there: work stations are con-
tinuously improved. Ergonomics, lighting improvement projects were
and repetitive motion are all examined undertaken in 2024
with a fine-tooth comb.
For us, team spirit is essential to our well-
being. Our offices are laid out to encour-
age shared time, and workshops are
offered on self-sufficiency, yoga or even
sporting events to build relationships out- DELABIE,
side of work.
AN EXTENDED FAMILY
We are also proud to share our expertise
and support our local community. Rooted
in the Somme, we actively support young
people and their professional ambitions,
most notably through our partnership with
