The material on this website is the property of DELABIE, a simplified stock company with capital of 999,600 Euros, APE code 2814Z, with its headquarters located at 18, rue du Marechal Foch, 80130 Friville, France, registered with the R.C.S. (corporate and trade register of companies) in AMIENS, France, No. B 615 680 089. Use of the www.delabie.com website is subject to the following conditions. Accessing and browsing the websites constitutes acceptance of the aforementioned conditions. These conditions of use may be modified at any time. As soon as they are available online, these modifications are deemed to be accepted by users.

1) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements contained on the delabie.com website (software, copy, animated and static images, sounds, technical expertise, and any type of more general data) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.  Any representation and/or total or partial reproduction of the delabie.com website, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the express permission of DELABIE, and constitutes an infringement as sanctioned by Article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Similarly for any databases contained on the delabie.com website, which are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 and the Intellectual Property Code of the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases. The trademarks and logos appearing on the delabie.com website are the property DELABIE or third parties. Any use including total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and/or logos is prohibited, under Article L.713-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code without the prior express consent of DELABIE.

2) PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), DELABIE is doing everything necessary to limit to a bare minimum the collection of personal data, and its conservation and ensure its protection. DELABIE only uses this data for its own use for purposes of information and commercialisation of its products. It is not, under any circumstances, given to third parties. The right of access, rectification, removal and opposition to the processing in addition to the limitation and transferability of your data is possible on request to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at DELABIE via email (dpo@delabie.fr) or recorded delivery with a photocopy of a photo ID to the following address: DELABIE, 18 rue du Maréchal Foch, 80130 FRIVILLE, France.
The user is informed that during their visit to the site delabie.com, a navigation monitoring mechanism may be used. DELABIE has put in place all the means to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal files created using the user’s personal data.

3) WEBSITE CONTENT
The information on the delabie.com website is for general information purposes only. DELABIE endeavours to keep these sites updated; but nevertheless cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information available on its websites, nor can it guarantee the suitability of the information for the user’s needs. DELABIE’s website will normally be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In the event of force majeure, technical difficulties or difficulties relating to the telecommunications network for maintenance reasons, notwithstanding that this list is not exhaustive, DELABIE may decide to suspend or remove access to all or part of the site. For maintenance and/or any other reason, DELABIE may suspend access to the websites. The websites may be modified and updated without any prior notice. Visitors to the delabie.com website acknowledge that they have the necessary skills and means to access and use these sites. They acknowledge that they have checked that the computer configuration used contains no viruses and is in perfect working condition. DELABIE cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect or specific damage, resulting from the use of the delabie.com or other sites linked to it and, in particular, any financial, commercial, loss of programmes or data in the user’s information system. Please inform DELABIE of any requests, omissions, errors or corrections by using the contact form.

The delabie.com website may contain links to other websites, including the websites of DELABIE’s partners. These links have been established with the prior and express permission of DELABIE. The existence of these links does not imply any control or approval of their content by DELABIE. As a consequence, DELABIE cannot be held responsible for the content of the sites to which the delabie.com users have access to via these links. II. DELABIE CONNECT APPLICATION – PRIVACY STATEMENT
 

1) INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement") is intended to provide information about the privacy and data use policies of DELABIE and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to here as "DELABIE”, “Customer Services”, “us”, “we” or “our”) for the DELABIE Connect application (app). This Privacy Statement does not apply to other websites, apps or services.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Statement explains how our app collects, uses and protects your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

DELABIE accepts no responsibility for any damage or problems related to the use of the DELABIE Connect app.

2) DATA COLLECTED
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the operation and improvement of the app. The following data may be collected and processed:

  • Telemetric data: Our products collect certain technical data, such as the number of activations, the number of duty flushes and other information related to their use. If you wish, you can retrieve this information at any time via the DELABIE Connect app by sending a report by email.
  • Personal information provided: If you choose to send a report by email, you can provide your first and last name, and company. This information will be visible to the recipient and to Customer Services if you add them in copy. If you choose to send a copy to Customer Services, the recipient's email address will not be recorded or transmitted to DELABIE.
  • Language and country settings: We detect this information from your phone settings to automatically adapt the language of the app.
  • Use of Crashlytics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and analyse errors and bugs in our app. Crashlytics collects anonymous information about the state of the app at the time of a crash, such as device model, operating system version, and actions taken before the crash. This data allows us to improve the stability and performance of the app. No personally identifiable information is transmitted via Crashlytics. 3) PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
The data is collected and used for the following purposes:

  • Customer support: To provide the necessary information for effective support when you send a report by email with a copy to Customer Services.
  • Personalising the user experience: To adapt the app language to your phone's settings.
  • Continuous improvement of our services: The data collected via Crashlytics is used to better understand technical issues with the DELABIE Connect app. It allows us to detect potential technical problems and also optimise the performance and the user experience.

4) DATA SHARING
When you send a report, the information transmitted is only shared with the recipients designated by you, and also with our Customer Services team if you choose to put them in copy.

5) USER RIGHTS
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: a right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing, as well as a right to limit and transfer your personal data. Send a request to DELABIE's Data Protection Officer (DPO) by email (dpo@delabie.fr) or a signed letter accompanied by a copy of an identity document to the following address:
